I hope people would say about me that I am a follower of Christ, and a sincere and loyal friend, before anything else. Perhaps this is part of the reason why I continually find myself outside of the box, getting skeptical sideways glances; because I feel a deep responsibility to press the ideas of freedom and liberty, for the sake of all people – not just because they agree with me – and I find these ideas to be the very roots of my faith. Therefore, I often find myself stirring up friends who would probably rather be left alone, and others who just don’t want to think. I have a slew of incredible, intellectual friends,  who may be writing far deeper truths and historical facts than I. Nevertheless, I think it’s important to be part of the conversation, and we all have something different to bring to the table. I hope this blog can be a contribution and support to my friends who live and fight for true liberty.

“People demand freedom of speech as a compensation for the freedom of thought which they seldom use.” ~Soren Kierkegaard
